Green Tea, Black Tea and Oolong Tea

Ok, so I am a big coffee drinker in the mornings! But usually I have teas later in the day because they don't have as much caffeine and that way I can still push through my day (getting up at 4am, I need a little boost in the afternoons)! I was reading an article saying that studies have shown that green teas contains metabolism-reviving caffeine and an antioxidant that activates our sympathetic nervous system to start burning fat. The study showed that drinking two cups of either green, black or oolong tea 30 mins before you workout can increase calorie burn and the release of fat from our fat stores! I'll take it:)
